Ace Cinematographer Santosh Sivan turned as actor with a Malayalam film Makaramanju, directed by Lenin Rajendran was a good hit in Kerala. Makaramanju is a film about legendary painter Raja Ravi Varma’s life. Most of the movie is deals with Ravi Varma’s quest to paint a theme of Pururavas and Urvashi’s romance.
