Power Star Pawan Kalyan will be seen fighting with Abhimanyu Singh in his next film Gabbar Singh. Abhimanyu Singh shot to fame with RGV’s Rakta Charitra and is zeroed in for the negative lead role in the remake of the Bollywood film Dabangg.
Sonu Sood was the initial choice for the role but the actor did not want to repeat his roles. So he said sorry to Gabbar Singh, as he has already done the same role in Dabangg and Osthi [Tamil remake of Dabangg]. So, director Harish Shankar has brought Abhimanyu Singh onboard.
Shruti Hassan is roped in for the leading lady in the film. Ganesh Babu will be producing Gabbar Singh on Parameswara Arts banner. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director for the film.
