Mahesh Babu’s Businessman is breaking all the records as per the release no. of shows and screens are concerned. It already holds the biggest ever release record in every area. Now the latest to join the list is highest number of shows on first day at Prasads multiplex.

Previously it was Pawan Kalyan’s Teen Maar that was holding the record of highest number of shows on first day at Prasads. It was screened thirty times on the first day. Businessman beats it as it is being screened 33 times on its first day.

Prasads screens 36 shows per day and therefore other films only get 3 shows on January 13. Businessman is sure setting a bar for Tollywood films.

Businessman’s first half is decent with good dialogs and also has good songs in the first hour, with the best track Sir Vasthara being the second song in the film. However, second half of the film isn’t as racy as the first half, claims reports.

Despite of the short comings in the script, Mahesh Babu’s charm and Puri Jagannadh’s dialogues are going to keep the spirits up. His upcoming release Businessman is having superb buzz and with Dookudu mania adding to it, fans couldn’t wait to watch Mahesh as Businessman. A record number of benefit shows will be screened in Hyderabad for this film.

As per unofficial sources, Businessman will have benefit shows in 28 theatres on January 13. If all these shows registers 100% attendance, then the gross from benefit shows itself would be huge. Businessman would be releasing in more than hundred theatres in Hyderabad on the first day.

The film is helmed by Tatineni Satya of Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu fame. The movie is the dubbed version of Tamil film SMS. Sudheer made his debut as an actor in Gautam Menon’s Ye Maya Chesave where he played the role of Samantha’s brother. The film is being produced by Ghattamaneni Priya and presented by RB Chowdary. Regina is playing the female lead of the film.

The shooting of the movie is wrapped up in 74 days. This is for the first time that a Mahesh starrer has completed its shooting in such a quick time. The songs composed by Thaman are a rage among youth. The film is releasing with highest number of prints in Mahesh’s career.

SMS is a remake of a Tamil film with the same name. Tatineni Satya is directing it. Sudheer made debut as an actor with Ye Maya Chesave. He played Samantha’s brother role in it. He is trying his luck as a hero with SMS.
